NELSON BUILDERS: TEAM ENGAGEMENT

Nelson Builders wanted to enhance its high levels of team engagement by creating and gifting staff with a bespoke suite of worn merchandise. Following consultation with GOLD/LASH and design team Faye & Walter, the project shifted into a milestone moment of identity realisation and brand evolution.

Aim: To enhance team engagement.

Approach: After initial discussions the identification of the company's core brand values highlighted a mismatch between its existing visual identity and its evolving direction. Using the brand refresh as a point of discussion Nelson Builders was able to engage its team members for alignment with, and in celebration of, this new stage in its growth.

Results: The roll-out of assets – a new visual identity, photographic treatment and website refresh – and development of associated merchandise cemented the company's identity as a place of pride for a highly engaged and unified team.
